This is a leadership role focused on culture, performance, and people development. You will drive occupancy, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team growth while partnering with ownership and regional leadership to ensure residents thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience.
• Proven track record in operations, finance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development.
• Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members.
• Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
