Job summary

The Pennant Group seeks a dynamic leader to oversee community operations at Sunrise Meadows in Wisconsin, guiding day-to-day management, ensuring exceptional resident care, and promoting a culture of accountability and service excellence.

You will supervise department leaders, manage budgets, and collaborate with clinical and support teams to meet resident needs while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Assisted Living/Community Administrator License strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry.
• Demonstrated success managing operations, budgets, staffing, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Preferred Certifications: Active CBRF certifications (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid & Choking, Medication Administration) are strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance requirements.
• Financial management and budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and senior living management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations and ensure day-to-day management aligns with resident care standards.
• Oversee safety, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance across the community.
• Develop and support department leaders in achieving operational, clinical, and financial goals.
• Drive financial metrics by monitoring occupancy, labor, revenue, and expenses.
• Build high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching, and professional development.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support community growth and resident satisfaction.
