Qualifications

• Active Assisted Living/Community Administrator License strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in senior living or related service industry.
• Demonstrated success managing operations, budgets, staffing, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations to ensure exceptional resident care and service.
• Develop department leaders in achieving operational, clinical, and financial goals.
• Foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
• Lead survey, licensing, and audit readiness efforts and risk management.
