Qualifications

• Active Assisted Living/Community Administrator License preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
• Demonstrated success managing operations, budgets, staffing, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance requirements.
• Financial management and budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and senior living management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community Operations: Oversee day-to-day community operations, develop and support department leaders, foster teamwork, and ensure safety and maintenance.
• Support Resident Satisfaction & Quality Care: Promote a resident-focused environment, address concerns, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain regulatory compliance, lead licensing/audit readiness, manage safety and risk initiatives.
• Drive Financial & Operational Success: Monitor occupancy, census, labor, revenue, and expenses; support growth with sales/marketing collaboration.
• Build and Develop High-Performing Teams: Recruit, coach, retain, and develop leaders; ensure training and certification compliance.
