Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and five years of senior living community management experience or equivalent.
• Three years of senior living management with proven leadership and management skills.
• Must comply with state and federal healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enforce policies for community staff and operations.
• Oversee department supervisors and administrative personnel.
• Manage financial transactions and budgeting, accounts payable/receivable.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and residency agreements.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and infection control policies.
• Develop relationships with community agencies and residents.
• Support sales and occupancy goals with marketing initiatives.
