Claiborne Senior Living in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead The Avaline at River Oaks, overseeing all operations and shaping a culture of excellence.

You will drive occupancy, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor leaders, and partner with ownership to deliver exceptional resident and team outcomes. This is a full-time leadership role with strategic influence and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience.
• Proven track record of operational and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development.
• Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members.
• Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership.
