Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent and five years of senior living community management experience or comparable post-high school education; and three years of management experience with proven leadership.

• Develop and enforce policies for community staff and operations.
• Prepare reports for management and home office.
• Oversee all department supervisors and administrative personnel.
• Manage personnel functions including recruitment, performance, and discipline.
