Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Palm Desert, CA is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community's day-to-day operations with full profit and loss responsibility. You will plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of operations to meet company objectives and resident satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of 65–80 staff across sales, care, hospitality and resident engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, develop budgets, and drive occupancy, revenue and expense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management with financial and sales goals achievement preferred.
• Ability to become licensed as an administrator for assisted living where required by state law.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of sales and operations strategies for the community.
• Regularly communicate performance with Regional VP.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain a safe environment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; oversee 65–80 team members.
• Oversee budgeting, occupancy, revenue, expense control and quality of services.
