The role requires day or evening shifts and emphasizes teamwork, effective communication with families, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• One year of experience as a certified nursing assistant preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and EHR systems.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including grooming, hygiene, nutrition and mobility.
• Respond to signals and determine residents’ needs proactively.
• Record vital signs and fluid intake/output as directed.
• Help with transfers, meals, housekeeping and transportation as needed.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and communicate observations to the care team.
