Job summary

OPS Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in accordance with each resident's service plan. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and dining while promoting independence and dignity.

Ideal candidates hold an Indiana CNA certification and CPR certification, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and meticulous documentation to support a safe, homelike environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with each resident's service plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and personal care.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and use of mobility devices while maintaining resident safety.
• Encourage residents to remain as independent as possible while providing assistance appropriate to their needs.
• Assist with dining, hydration, and meal service as needed.
