Job summary

Village Shores in Richfield, MN seeks a motivated Chef to create delicious dishes and support seniors' well-being. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality food and service standards for residents, and you’ll train other culinary team members to maintain consistency.

We offer a full-time schedule Wednesday through Sunday, 5:30 am to 2 pm, with flexible opportunities for extra hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (college courses or culinary school preferred).
• 2-3 years of Chef/Cook experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification, or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire (employer-provided).

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality food and service standards for residents.
• Assist in training other members of the culinary team.
• Assure the safety and enhancement of the dining area.
• Assist the Dining Director with tasks as assigned.
