Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team seeks a dedicated Chauffeur to support residents by driving vehicles to various destinations and assisting them in and out of transportation. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, maintenance awareness, and cooperation with the Resident Experience Department.

The position demands flexibility, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and offers comprehensive benefits through the community. A CDL and strong driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Five+ years of driving experience and knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs.
• Commercial driver's license required to operate commercial size vehicles.
• Able to operate large passenger vehicles up to 16 passengers and related equipment.
• Experience with on-road maintenance and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Drive community vehicle to scheduled destinations and assist residents in and out of vehicle.
• Ensure passengers are secured and wheelchair restraints are used safely.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Monitor and record daily/weekly vehicle inspections and maintenance logs.
• Deliver groceries and belongings to residents’ apartments as needed.
• Support the Resident Experience Department in activities and programs.
