St. Sophia Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility in Missouri. You will ensure safe, compliant operations, manage budgets, oversee staff, and maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Missouri state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
• One year of prior administrator experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state regulations for nursing centers.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team.
• Strong communication with residents and families.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work a varying schedule; 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscally viable operation of the center.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and operating budgets.
• Maintain resident census at optimal levels.
• Implement company policies and report to leadership.
• Monitor operating results and take corrective actions.
• Recruit, supervise, and train staff and supervisors.
• Ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained.
• Oversee contracts and financial management.
• Prepare reports on services and financial activity.
• Maintain accreditation, licensing, and quality care programs.
• Lead quality/performance improvement initiatives.
