Job summary

Wellmore of Tega Cay, part of Senior Living Communities, seeks a Certified Dietary Manager to administer and ensure nutritionally sound dining services for residents. The role involves collaboration with the RD and Executive Chef on menus, monitoring nutrition, and maintaining high standards of care within assisted living and memory care environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDM designation or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in a similar position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the campus positively and promotes safety and well-being for residents and staff.
• Coordinates with the Registered Dietitian and Executive Chef on meal planning.
• Coordinates with RD for certification of menus and posts certified menus.
• Oversees dining areas to ensure a Fine Dining approach for Assisted Living and a Family style dining for Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.
• Maintains sanitation programs and schedules, and conducts inspections.
• Monitors resident nutrition data and contributes to care plans.
• Completes Section K (Nutritional) of the MDS and documents intake accurately.
• Performs nutritional screening and records food preferences, allergies, and intolerances.
• Implements diet plans per physician orders and conforms to CDM scope of practice.
