Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Driver to transport residents to activities and events, assist with wheelchair transfers, and help maintain the fleet in safe condition. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and compassionate service in a senior living setting.

The right candidate will be 21+, have a clean driving record, and excel in organization and time management while balancing multiple resident needs throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• CDL may be required with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and compliance with safety measures.
• Strong organization and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to activities and events.
• Assist passengers into and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Secure wheelchairs to restraints to ensure safety during trips.
• Operate radio, cell phone, or pager to communicate with base or other vehicles.
• Maintain all community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicles with fuel and lubricants as needed.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license renewals.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition monthly and per trip.
