Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, NV is seeking a compassionate Senior Living Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities and support their wellness journey. You will help with dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care while documenting progress for care plans.

Prior CNA certification or two years of caregiver experience are preferred, with ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.

Education

CNA license

Two years caregiver experience
