Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Fort Collins is seeking a Caregiver for a part-time role. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote comfort and safety, and work with a caring team to enhance residents' lives.

The position offers a $21.00 per hour pay rate, a $500 sign-on bonus, and a mission-driven culture focused on servant-leadership. Weekday/evening shifts available in a family-like community.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and write English.
• Previous health-care experience preferred.
• Must complete state approved medication administration training.
• Attend monthly in-service trainings within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Build strong relationships with residents and family members.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Maintain residents’ safety, comfort and dignity.
• Participate in monthly in-service and departmental meetings.
