Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is hosting a Lincoln Park Hiring Event in Chicago for full-time and PRN caregivers to join our assisted living and memory care communities. Interviews run during a two-hour window; come prepared with a resume and business casual attire.

The role emphasizes compassionate hands-on care, reliability, teamwork, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment. Prior CNA license is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and report any changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
