Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Buffalo Grove, IL is hiring full-time and part-time Caregivers to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents thrive with friendly, compassionate service.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. A CNA license is not required, but licensed caregivers or relevant experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Strong communication in English (verbal and written).
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities for residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities.
• Document and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
