LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse’s Aide to join our on-site care team in Penn Hills, PA. You will help residents with daily living activities, maintain cleanliness, and support independence and safety.

The role requires a High School diploma, 18+ years old, and a preferred CNA certification. Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills are essential. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
