Job summary

Charter Senior Living in Gallatin, Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Resident Care Associate / CNA to join our team. You will support residents with daily activities, helping maintain dignity and independence, while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You should have experience in assisted living or memory care, a compassionate, patient demeanor, and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and services provided
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day
