• Experience providing care or services to older adults preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assist with mobility and independence.
• Assist with medications when qualified.
• Help residents participate in activities, routines, and social events.
• Observe residents and communicate concerns to nursing leadership.
