Qualifications

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in care plans.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate any observed changes in the condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions.
