Job summary

Prestige Estates Assisted Living & Memory Care in Tyler, Texas seeks a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents, helping maintain dignity and independence throughout the day.

Join a mission-driven team that puts residents first and values dependability, kindness, and teamwork. The schedule is 4 days on, 2 days off, with shift coverage across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Compassionate individuals who understand caregiving is one of the most important professions.
• Previous caregiving experience is valued but not always required.
• We value reliability, empathy, and a patient, respectful approach to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction throughout the day.
• Assist residents during meals and daily activities as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and promptly; coordinate with nurses and medication technicians.
• Help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel valued, respected, and loved.
• Support residents in maintaining the highest level of independence possible.
