Job summary

Prestige Estates Assisted Living & Memory Care in Tyler, Texas is seeking a full-time Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on assistance and companionship to seniors. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and quality of life through attentive daily care.

You will work all shifts on a 4 days on / 2 days off rotation, starting pay $14.00 per hour, with a focus on creating a loving, supportive environment and maintaining high standards of care for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily routines.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and meaningful interaction.
• Assist residents during meals and throughout the day as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers.
• Help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel valued, respected, and loved.
• Support residents in maintaining the highest level of independence possible.
