Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking compassionate Care Givers to join the TerraBella Little Avenue community. This role provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like setting, with emphasis on dignity and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging residents in enrichment activities. Candidates should have CNA certification preferred, or a high school diploma, be 18+, and communicate well with

Qualifications

Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Must be 18 years of age.
Experience working with seniors preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co-workers.
Superior customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and safety.
Assist with activities of daily living as instructed (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
Engage residents in life skills and other enrichment activities.
