Job summary

Jewish Family Services, Inc. seeks an organized Assisted Living Supervisor to lead the Deerwood Crossing RCAC team, ensuring high quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.

Under the Director of Assisted Living, you will hire, train, schedule, and supervise Resident Assistants, coordinate care plans with RNs, manage medication administration, and maintain records while providing excellent customer service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• LPN license with 2 years LPN experience and 2 years managing a team.
• CBRF certification or ability to obtain.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn electronic medical records and Nurse Call systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Deerwood assisted living programs, ensuring resident care and safety.
• Updates, implements, and monitors individualized care plans with Director of Assisted Living and RN.
• Supervises direct care staff, including recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and retention.
• Ensures medication administration is conducted accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinates and conducts 1:1 meetings and participates in on-call rotations.
