Appone is hiring a Care Partner for Wildflower Lodge in La Grande, Oregon. You will assist elders with daily living activities, monitor health, provide companionship, assist with meals, and support social activities while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to elders (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor health, document and report changes to the Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with elders, families, and team members.
• Assist with light housekeeping and cleanliness.
