Job summary

TerraBella Thornblade is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a safety‑driven home-like setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor conditions, and document care plans under supervision.

Responsibilities include medication observation, patient temperature and vital checks, and maintaining a clean, respectful environment for residents and staff. Prior CNA preferred; commitment to compassionate, quality care is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift; check on them throughout the shift.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions of residents.
• Respond to call bells promptly and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.
• Serve and assist with meals; report refusals or loss of appetite.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; practice good hygiene.
