Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe, report and document residents’ condition changes.
• Respond promptly to call bells and supervisor notifications.
• Assist with continence management and meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and work areas; promote safety and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
• Assist in medication observation and documentation as directed by nurses.
