Job summary

Allegro Living seeks an Assistant Resident Care Director to support the Resident Care Director in coordinating resident care services across a 63-resident community. You will assist with assessments, care planning, medication management, clinical documentation, staff supervision, scheduling, and training to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN or higher required or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or resident care preferred.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, admissions, orientation, clinical documentation, and required screenings.
• Audit Medication Administration Records and EHRs for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate physician orders and services with families, providers, and pharmacy partners.
• Support safe resident care with ADL assistance, medication processes, and resident rights compliance.
• Provide direction to Resident Assistants and Medication Technicians, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance support.
