Job summary

The ARCD will focus on delivering high-quality care, maintaining occupancy, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, CPR/AED certification, and a clean background.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Licensed RN or LPN in good standing with the State Licensing Agency where the community is located.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Positive Criminal Background Screening is required.
• The Community is a drug free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Care Director (RCD) in supervising Assisted Living Services.
• Oversee all phases of the Assisted Living Department operations including general administration and maintenance.
• Promote excellent service, high resident satisfaction, and effective communications.
• Maintain Department compliance with the operating budget using the purchase order system and budget controls.
• Supervise Care Staff in day-to-day resident care activities (e.g., bathing assistance, health monitoring).
• Assist with resident care activities and other duties as assigned.
