Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision of resident care staff, including monitoring performance and coaching as needed.
• Coordinates ongoing training and education for resident care staff.
• Verifies all associate hours on time cards and weekly hours reports; manages staffing coverage and records.
• Monitors residents’ health status, addresses concerns within scope of practice, and reports significant changes to Health and Wellness Director.
• Assists in medication management, orders medications, and maintains records per Brookdale policies; may assist residents who self-administer medications.
