First Atlantic Healthcare, overseeing Freeport Place Assisted Living in Maine, seeks a Resident Services Director to lead the Residential Care Department and ensure high-quality, person-centered care. You may serve as acting administrator when the Administrator is absent, guiding care delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes integrity, collaboration with the Management Team, and a focus on census goals, staff development, and excellent resident advocacy.

Qualifications

• Valid CRMA certification required; LPN preferred.
• 4+ years managerial nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Maine regulations, Assisted Housing Services.
• Commitment to person-centered care and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care in the Residential Care Department.
• Ensure compliance with State Maine regulations, ANA standards, and Federal guidelines.
• Lead with integrity and collaborate with the Management Team.
• Act as administrator in the Administrator's absence.
• Support census and case mix goals through strategic planning.
