Integral Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support the Director of Health & Wellness in promoting optimal resident care and departmental efficiency in Assisted Living or Memory Care units.

The role involves coordinating care services, supervising staff, overseeing training, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. A background in dementia care and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and state certifications.
• Experience in residential care for elderly or dementia care programs preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience in health-related field preferred.
• Licensure as LVN preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure provision of services to residents and compliance with Federal and State policies.
• Assist with staffing: interview, hire, evaluate, coordinate, schedule and supervise department staff.
• Coordinate departmental schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee continuing education and staff development programs for caregivers and medication aides.
• Conduct orientation for new department members and provide training on medications and procedures.
• Monitor documentation including ADL and medication records; ensure charting is up to date.
