Job summary

Ivy Park at Wood Ranch, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks compassionate Care Providers to support residents with daily living activities and independence. You will help with ADLs, ensure safety, and communicate changes to the team in a respectful, privacy-conscious manner.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality of life for residents, and adherence to safety and care standards within a welcoming senior living community in California.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass background check and health screening, including TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eat, bathe, dress, toilet, transfer, continence).
• Respond promptly to resident needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any observed changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with coworkers and other departments.
