Job summary

Clearwater Living is seeking a Business Office Director in Torrance to lead the Concierge department’s daily activities, manage community accounting, payroll, and resident billing, and foster strong relationships with residents and families.

The role requires supervisory experience in senior living or hospitality, a relevant degree, and certifications such as First Aid/CPR/BLS. You’ll work with Home Office on compliance and budget while guiding staff through changes.

Qualifications

• AA or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum five to seven years of experience in senior living, hospitality, or related industry.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience.
• First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Concierge department.
• Develop and foster relationships between residents, families, and the community.
• Administer community accounting systems and payroll processes.
• Coordinate resident billing, AR/AP, and monthly management reports.
• Ensure OSHA and Clearwater Living standards compliance and safety.
