Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have either a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus.
• Prefer two years of experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people.
• Strong written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening tests including TB tests.

Responsabilidades

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings and activities.
• Assist with loading residents and belongings onto/off community vehicles.
• Follow all state and federal laws when operating community vehicles.
• Ensure safe vehicle inspection and driving practices while transporting residents.
• Act as a member of the activity staff during outings and in the community.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
