Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant skills in caregiving and daily living support.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and basic health needs.
• Ability to monitor residents and report changes to RN.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and report to supervising RN.
• Assist with transferring and positioning residents as needed.
