Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Family Advocate to lead occupancy efforts at our Omaha branch. You will conduct personalized tours for residents and families, manage CRM follow-ups, and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional hospitality during phone calls and tours.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus a valid driver's license. You will help move-ins and build community referrals to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Formación

• Demonstrates written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to learn new applications and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct exceptional, highly personalized tours for prospective residents and families.
• Manage CRM follow-up to document and organize leads.
• Ensure branch staff are trained to engage in phone and tour hospitality.
