Commonwealth Senior Living in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Sales Director to lead CSL Selling with Noble Purpose and drive census growth through community partnerships with hospitals and referral sources. You will oversee the sales process and coordinate with leadership to maintain a superior community image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field or at least two years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of the workings and operation of the long-term care industry.
• Genuine interest in improving the lives of seniors and families.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written, public presenting and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve community census goals and annual budget projections, generating leads and move-ins.
• Schedule and conduct Community Experiences with prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain the sales database with leads and activities.
• Create quarterly revenue plans including lead generation and referral events.
• Collaborate with Executive Director on lead management and external business development strategies.
• Manage budgeted occupancy and revenue by executing the revenue plan and closing sales.
