You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee day-to-day administration, financial operations, planning, development, and improvement of resident services while directing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Formación

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration preferred
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility
• Knowledgeable of long-term care regulations, laws, and guidelines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to plan and foresee issues
• Proven ability to hire, direct, and manage personnel; understand financing of nursing home facilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills; initiative and leadership
