Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community in Pennsylvania is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Residential Living to provide essential administrative support and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our residential living community.

This is a Full-time role (75 hours biweekly) on a Day Shift with a pay range of $16.00 – $18.00 per hour. Join a compassionate, service-oriented team and enjoy on-site wellness, dining options, and a values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Prior office experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft products and able to learn other software.

Responsibilities

• Providing clerical and administrative support for Residential Living and creating internal/external correspondence.
• Performing receptionist duties and managing calls, messages, and mail.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings for the Residential Living department.
• Maintaining electronic records for Villagers and advising departments as needed.
• Typing periodic reports and maintaining directories and lists.
