Job summary

Join Benchmark Senior Living as a Programming/Activity Assistant and help enhance the lives of our residents through engaging activities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a variety of programs aimed at meeting the psychological, social, and emotional needs of seniors.

This role involves working closely with residents, encouraging participation in planned activities, and being attentive to their individual backgrounds and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with seniors and disabled individuals.
• Demonstrates a consistent ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality regarding residents.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing and implementing innovative activity programs.
• Leads one-on-one, small group, and large group activities.
• Encourages resident participation in programming.
