Job summary

Arden Courts of Largo, FL seeks a Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator to design meaningful group and individual activities for residents living with dementia. As the team lead, you will supervise the Lifestyle Enrichment Team and create schedules to ensure high-quality programming and resident engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation or related field, with experience in dementia care and preferred NCTRC certification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• NCTRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate meaningful group and individual daily activity programs.
• Lead the Lifestyle Enrichment Team and create assigned schedules for programming delivery.
• Oversight of resident programming to ensure high-quality care and engagement.
