Job summary

Solera Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement engaging programs that enhance residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social well-being. You will collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director and interdisciplinary team to foster a vibrant community life.

The role emphasizes creativity, energy, and compassion, with a focus on resident participation and retention, while supporting events and outreach in a warm, hospitable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in senior living, activities, recreation, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in changing situations.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, calendars, flyers, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Compassionate, energetic, and committed to enhancing residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement activities that meet the diverse needs and interests of residents.
• Coordinate space, equipment, food, transportation, and staffing for activities and events.
• Work collaboratively with department leaders, residents, families, and community partners.
• Maintain calendars, flyers, and activity documentation; assist with budget planning and on-site training.
