Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support planning and executing activities for residents in a senior living community. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to meet resident needs.

Responsibilities include assisting the Life Enrichment Director with program direction, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring safety during activities and outings. This position is on-site with part-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Life Enrichment Director and Lead as needed.
• Complete tasks with high resident safety and quality in mind.
• Help set up, clean up, and maintain activity areas and community spaces.
• Assist transportation for outings and coordinate related tasks while upholding safety standards.
• Follow all guidelines in the Employee Handbook.
