Job summary

The Ivy Castle Rock, part of Ivy Living, seeks an Activity Director to plan and lead engaging programs for residents. This role supports independence and quality of life through events, outings, and creative activities, with Sundays through Thursdays shifts and hourly pay of $26.00–$28.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience planning activities and evaluating resident needs preferred.
• Ability to operate a PC and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and direct activities and excursions to enhance residents' independence and quality of life.
• Lead and encourage resident participation in events and outings.
• Recruit and schedule Activity Assistants and volunteers.
• Maintain safety and teamwork across departments; operate community vehicles when needed.
