You will document programs, assess residents, coordinate monthly calendars and newsletters, and develop volunteers to sustain engaging activities within budget.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and certified as an Activity Director where required by state regulations.
• Demonstrates excellent creativity and communication skills.
• Possesses strong organizational skills with the ability to document and implement detailed programs.
• Has experience creating and implementing effective resident care plans.
• Can develop, organize, and execute activity programs within budget to meet residents' social, emotional, physical, and therapeutic needs.

Responsibilities
