Qualifications

• High school diploma and Activity Director certification required by state regulations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and implement detailed programs.
• Experience creating and implementing resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Document Activity Programs: maintain detailed records and track resident participation.
• Conduct Resident Assessments: perform activity histories and assessments per standards.
• Coordinate Communication: publish a monthly calendar and newsletters for residents and families.
• Build Volunteer Engagement: develop and maintain a volunteer program to support activities.
